VERY temporary hair dye?

I want to dye my hair, but just for fun. Even for a day would be ok. Any suggestions? And my friend dyed her hair pink and it was supposed to come out in 10 washes but it didnt... and i do NOT want that to happen to me.

Reply:there is temporary comb in and spray can hair dye that last only one wash... its avalible at hottopic, but the spray in kind is avaliable at most party stores, if your thinking about something that last longer but not like a month manci panic! from spencers last about 2 weeks...





well i hope this helps, i use to go to rave parties and this temporary stuff worked out great for one night, id wash it out the next day and was good to go, but from personal experince i liked the spray in kind better than the comb in, and if u get them at hottopic its fairly cheep, the comb in kind is 1-3 dollars, and the spray is around 5 dollars, if you dont wanna to get it in the store you can go to hottopic.com then click accersoris and then hair dye, they have a great variety!

Reply:if ur blonde you can use kool aid by just soaking your hair in kool aid for about 10 minutes and it will come out the next day, but if your a brunette, toni and guy hair salon has temporary colorful dye that comes out in about three weeks
Reply:If you have previously lightened your hair most temporary dyes will stay past the notated amount of washes. The reason for this is the chemicals cause the hair cuticle to become pourous versus a smooth healthy cuticle. Basically they%26#039;re little openings that hold the color longer. Your best bet is to use temporary color that you spray on or comb in which sits on top of the cuticle rather than penetrating it. Another alternative are clip on extensions. If you don%26#039;t have money to spend permanent marker works just as well if your hair is light, washes out in 1-3 washes, just make sure the piece you colored is dry before it touches your skin. Never use black temporary color, a hairstylist told my boyfriend once whether its permanent or temporary, either way its difficult to get out.
